摘　　要：二战后德国先后经过三次移民迁入,从而成为了典型的移民国家。德国的外来移民产生很多问题,尤其是德国侨民回迁和外国出生人口面临的语言、社会融合和就业等生存问题;移民问题反过来对德国社会和经济发展产生多方面影响。只有制定促进民族融合的政策,发展多元文化,形成移民筛选和人才环境,才能从根本上解决移民问题。Germany became typical immigration country in the wake of immigration for three times after World War Two. Immigrants in Germany bring many problems, especially in the process of moving back and the language, integration and employment etc. , which affect the development of German society and economy in return. The immigration problems can be solved fundamentally only through the policy making of nationality integration promotion, developing multiculture, forming the circumstance of immigrants filtering and personnel.
