楂七袋泡茶剂质量标准的研究

摘　　要：目的建立楂七袋泡茶剂的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对方中山楂、三七、丹参进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定丹酚酸B的含量。结果丹酚酸B的线性范围为280～2800 ng(r=0.99952,n=6),平均回收率为98.75%。结论方法可行,精密度高,重现性好,无干扰,能有效地控制该制剂的内在质量。Objective To establish the quality standards for Zhaqi tea bag. Methods Fructus Cratae- gi,Radix et Rhizoma Notaginseng,Radix et Rlzizoma Saviae Miltorrhizae were identifiedby thin layer ehromatog- raphy（TLC） and the contents of salvianolic acid B was determined by high pressure liquid chromatography （ HPLC ）. Results Salvianolic acid B had a good linear relationship （ r = 0.99952, n = 6） in the range of 280 ~ 2800 ng, and the average recovery was 98.75%. Conclusion The method is feasible, reproducible and with highly precise. The negative eonfrast is not disturbed. It may be adopted for quality control of Zhaqi tea bag.
