中西医结合治疗小儿哮喘的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的验证在中西医结合治疗的情况下益肺平喘合剂对小儿哮喘的疗效。方法将中西医结合治疗与单纯西药治疗对照比较。结果中西医结合治疗组总有效率明显优于西药对照组(P<0.05),14 d内总有效率达92.5%。结论用益肺平喘合剂结合西药治疗小儿哮喘是临床上有效的治疗方法。Objective To verify the adjuvant curative effect of the Yifei Pingchuan mixture when com- bined with western medicine. Methods Comparing the curative effect of the patient group treated by western medicine singly with that of the group by the combination method. Results The total efficiency of the combina- tion group was superior than that of the western medicine group（ P 〈 0. 05 ） with a total efficiency of 92. 5%. Conclusion The combination of the Yifei Pingchuan mixture and the western medicine is an effective method to cure infant asthma.
