摘　　要：文章介绍了电缆防盗的"人防、土防、技防、联防"四种方法,重点研究了当前的电缆防盗的技术原理和报警模式,并结合高速公路现有机电系统特点和实际需求,提出了集电缆防盗、电力设备监控,电力载波、高速公路通信专网等诸多技术于一体的综合防盗技术系统方案。the article introduces ＂human prevention, soil protection, technical prevention and joint prevention＂ methods on anti-theft system for power cable, and studies current technical principle and alarm mode.Combined with highway current mechatronic systems and real needs,the article proposes a comprehensive anti-theft plan that combined anti-theft system for cable, power equipment management, power line carrier and highway communication network.
