一体化创伤急救护理模式的探索

摘　　要：探索急救护理模式新理念，通过对我院急救部护理工作模式即院前急救一院内急救一救命性手术配合一创伤病房服务一重症监护整体救护机制构建、急救专科护士定位与培养、急救护理临床快速反应流程建立、急救护理质量规范化控制与管理、创伤后心理应激救援与健康教育的运行实践，阐述了急救护理模式从传统型向现代型转变，构建一体化急救护理模式可使得急诊科护士从简单通用型护理，向着急救护理专科型专业化转变的迫切性、必要性和可行性。To explore the new theories of emergency nursing mode, we developed the modem integrated emergency nursing mode in the emergency department of Southwest Hospital, including holistic treatment approches of pre-hospital rescue in-hospital resuscitation rescuing operation cooperation trauma wards service ICU, emergency expertise nurse training, establishing emergency nursing flow for rapid chnical response, standard controlling and managing of emergency nursing qualities, psychological stress succor and health education. We also elaborated the imminence, necessity and feasibility of the emergency nursing mode changing from tradition to modem. Our practice of integrated emergency nursing mode conduced to the emergency nurses transformation from simple and general type to emergency expertise and specialization.
