摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定葛根芩连片中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法色谱柱：Diamonsil C18,流动相：乙腈-5mmol·L^-1十二烷基硫酸钠溶液（冰乙酸调pH 4.0）（52∶48）,流速：1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长：348nm。结果盐酸小檗碱在0.1008-2.52μg范围内线性关系良好（r=1.000）;平均加样回收率（n=9）为101.2%。结论本方法准确、简便、快速,可用于葛根芩连片的质量控制。Objective To develop a HPLC method for determination of berberine hydrochloride in Gegen Qinlian Tablets.Methods The Diamonsil C18 column was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-5mmol·L^-1 sodium dodecyl sulphate solution（adjusted to pH 4.0 with glacial acetic acid） at flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1.The detection wavelength was 348nm.Results The linear range of berberine was 0.1008～2.52μg（r=0.9999）.The mean recovery（n=9）was 101.2%.Conclusion The method is accurate,simple and rapid.It can be applied to the quality control of Gegen Qinlian Tablets.
