论京津塘线型高新技术产业带的发展战略--基于美国128公路的经验

摘　　要：京津塘高速公路是密切联结京津冀地区核心城市,提升区域交通运输和物流联系能力的一个区域共享型的基础设施。近年来,基于区域的劳动分工与生产协作的内在推动,大量的高新技术企业在高速公路沿线集中布局的趋势日益明朗。京津塘高速公路已经成为实现京津冀高新技术产业集聚和京津冀地区经济一体化的重要空间骨架,因此也被称之为京津冀地区的科技新干线。本文借鉴美国128公路高新技术产业发展带的经验教训,对京津塘线型高新技术产业带的背景、发展趋势与未来规划进行论述。Jingjintang highway is the most important physical infrastructure for linking the core cities and for enhancing the capacity of regional transportation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area. In recent years, a large number of High-teeh enterprises have been established along the highway in order to meet the needs of the regional division of labor and industrial cooperation. The Jingjintang highway has become the main line or the most important special frame for the High-teeh industry cluster and the regional economic integration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area. So it was named after the Jingiintang area＇s technical Shinkansen. Based on the experience of the U. S. Route 128 This article is to study the development backgound, trends and its planning for Jingjintang＇s linear high-tech industrial belt.
