摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定益母丸中盐酸水苏碱含量。方法:采用Thermo Hypersil SCX(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以15 mmol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾溶液(含0.04%三乙胺,0.15%磷酸)为流动相,流速1 mL·min^(-1),检测波长192 nm。结果:盐酸水苏碱进样量在0.317～12.68μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999,n=8);平均加样回收率(n=6)为98.2%。结论:本法简便、准确,可用于益母丸中盐酸水苏碱的含量测定。Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the determination of stachydrine hydrochloride in Yimu pills.Methods：A Thermo Hypersil SCX column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） was adopted;the mobile phase was 15 mmol·L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate（containing 0.04%triethylamine and 0.15%phosphoric acid） at a flow rate of 1 mL·min^-1,and the detection wavelength was 192 nm.Results：A good linear relationship was obtained between the peak area and the concentration of stachydrine hydrochloride in the range of 0.317 to 12.68μg （r = 0.9999,n = 8）;The average recovery（n = 6） was 98.2%.Conclusion：The HPLC method is convenient and accurate for the quality control of Yimu pills.
