摘  要:【目的】研究自制稀土永磁外固定架对骨折愈合的影响,为临床治疗提供参考。【方法】选取2004年10月-2008年10月在我院就诊的胫腓骨骨折患者176例,随机分为3组,实验组采用自制稀土永磁外固定架治疗,对照组采用AO外固定架及交锁髓内钉治疗,从3种固定方法的优良率、术后愈合时间、手术时间及费用等方面比较分析。【结果】自制稀土永磁外固定架组一期愈合率(100%)明显高于AO外固定架组(94.64%)及交锁髓内钉组(95.00%);愈合时间显著短于其他两组,最短80d,有统计学意义。【结论】自制稀土永磁外固定架对骨折愈合具有明显的促进作用,可有效可靠的固定骨折,明显缩短骨折愈合时间,降低骨折治疗费用,同时操作技术简单,手术条件要求相对较低,是一种值得推广,尤其适合基层医院使用的骨折固定器材。[Objective] To study the effects of treating fracture by homemade permanent magnet external fixator of rare earth. [ Methods] From October 2004 to October 2008, one hundred and seventy six cases of tibia-fibula fracture were randomly divided into three groups. One group was treated by homemade permanent magnet external fixator of rare earth, and another two group were treated by interlocked intramedullary nail, AO external fixator. Four factors including the rate of choice, hospitalization expense, time of fracture clinical healing and the time of operation were studied statistically. [ Results] There were significant diference between three groups in fracture clinical healing time and the rate of early fracture healing. [Conclusions] The clinical healing time of homemade permanent magnet external fixator of rare earth is shorter and its medical expens is lower. It is simple and economy, operation technique is simple and it is worth to recommend to basic hospital.
