摘　　要：金融生态及其优化是一个涉及整个金融体系诸多相互矛盾变量的复杂问题,但在根本上是还原金融监管的目标、价值与哲学。它涉及安全、效率与公平竞争目标的多元权衡,以及"合规"与"风险"监管模式的权衡。金融生态优化的目标是通过金融监管的制度化构建,确保不同规模金融机构在产品或业务平台上平等竞争,为国民提供财富增长载体与手段,为我国通向金融大国之路奠定基础。Financial ecology and its optimization is a complex issue,which involve many contradictory variables of the financial system,but fundamentally it is to restore the goals,values and philosophy of financial supervision. It involves multi-objectives tradeoffs among the safety,efficiency fair competition,and ＂compliance＂ ＂risk＂ regulatory approach. The goal of financial ecological optimization is to adopt financial supervision institution,to ensure financial institutions of different sizes to compete on an equal platform,that＇s product or service field,and to provide carriers and means for the grow of National wealth,to lay the cornerstone of financial powers for China.
