含苯达松敏感基因的籼型光温敏核不育系绿敏S的选育及利用

摘　　要：以广占63S为母本,与含苯达松敏感基因的农林8号M系为父本杂交后,择优回交一次,育成含苯达松敏感基因籼型光温敏核不育系绿敏S。该不育系表型与广占63相似,但对苯达松敏感,故其种子纯度较易保证。此外,它还具有育性稳定、育性转换起点温度低、异交特性较好、在海南可繁性较好、配组优势强等特点;2007年8月通过安徽省科学技术鉴定。Derived from the cross of Guangzhan 63 S （ an indica PTGMS line）//Guangzhan 63 S/Norin 8 M （with Bentazone sensitivity genes）, Ltiming S is a new indica-type photo- and/or thermo-sensitive genie male sterile （ PTGMS） line with Bentazone sensitivity genes in rice. It is similar to Guangzhan 63 S in phenotype, but it is sensitive to Bentazone, which is favorable to ensuring the hybrid seed purity. Moreover, it is characteristic of complete and stable male sterility, low critical sterility-inducing temperature, high outcrossing rate, easy multiplication in Hainan and good combining ability. It was technically identified in Anhui Province in August, 2007.
