摘　　要：本文介绍改性水玻璃粘结剂的混制设备、制备工艺及用于取代合脂砂制芯的型芯砂配方和性能，分析了该粘结剂的改性机理及代替树脂制芯的可能性。This paper introduces the mixer and the preparation process of the modified sedium si1icate binder,the optimum mixture composition and the properties of the core sand binded with this type of sodium sili- cate which is used as a substitute for the core sand binded with distillation residue synthetic fatty acid. The mech- anism of the modification of the binder and its possibility of the substitution for resin binder are discussed.
