咳喘灵涂膜剂提取工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:用正交试验法确定咳喘灵涂膜剂的提取工艺。方法:按正交表L9(34)进行试验,选择乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间、提取次数四个因素进行研究,以橙皮苷含量(HPLC法)和干膏收率为指标考察提取工艺条件。结果与结论:咳喘灵涂膜剂最佳提取工艺条件为:70%乙醇,提取2次,第一次加6倍量,提取1.5 h;第二次加4倍量,提取1 h。Objective：To optimize the extraction process of Kechuanling Plastics by orthogonal test METHOD ： L9（34） orthogonal design was adopted,and four factors-the quantity and concentration of ethanol,extracting time and extracting times were selected to study on the extraction process with the content of hesperidin by HPLC and the weight of extracts.Results and Conclusions：The optimum extraction conditions were： extracting 2 times with 70% alcohol,1.5 hour at the first time with 6 times of the crude drug and 1 hour at the second time with 4 times of the crude drug.
