摘  要:目的研究集中空调军团菌生物气溶胶的监测方法。方法于2009年8—9月,采用生物气溶胶采样器在采样流量为12.5L/min、介质体积为20ml的条件下,分别在不同采样点、采样介质和采样时间采集南方某地4家宾馆集中空调通风系统的冷却塔和客房内军团菌生物气溶胶。结果在冷却塔旁和客房内,采用酵母提取液作为介质、采样空气体积为1~2m3、样品在4h之内检测的条件下,可以检测到军团菌生物气溶胶阳性样品。结论本研究实验条件适用于集中空调通风系统的冷却塔和客房内军团菌生物气溶胶的监测。Objective To develop the monitoring method of Legionella bioaerosol. Methods From August to September 2009, under the condition of sampling flux of 12.5 L/min and sampling medium volume of 20 ml, Legionella bioaerosol in cooling towers and guest rooms of four hotels in the south of China were sampled by a bioaerosol sampler with different sampling loeations, medium and volumes. Results The positive samples of Legionella bioaerosol could be detected from cooling towers and guests room when yeast extract was as sampling medium, sampling air volumes were between 1 and 2 cube meters and samplers were detected in 4 hours. Conclusion The test conditions of the study could be applied to the monitoring of legionella bioaerosol in cooling towers and indoor air of central air conditioning systems.
