摘　　要：为优化复方"克清甲"软膏剂的处方,制得稳定的水包油(O/W)型软膏剂,以软膏的稳定性为指标,对处方的亲水亲油平衡(HLB)值、混合乳化剂及油相用量进行筛选。优选后的制剂处方HLB值为10.5,吐温80、单硬脂酸甘油酯的用量分别为6%、4%,白凡士林、十八醇的用量分别为8%、7%。该处方条件下制得的复方"克清甲"软膏剂具有良好的稳定性。To gain a safe oil in water（O/W） cream, the compound prescription ＂Keqingjia＂ cream was optimized, according to the index of stability of cream, screening the value of hydrophile-lipophile balance（HLB）, the dosage of mixed emulsifiers and oil phase. The optimized prescription was shown as follows：the value of HLB was 10.5, the dosage of Tween 80 was 6%, the dosage of mono-stearin was 4%, the dosage of white Vaseline was 8%, and the dosage of octadecyl alcohol was 7%. The compound ＂Keqingjia＂ cream made of optimized prescription had good stability.
