摘　　要：本文采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳法,测定了四川省阿坝县草地藏系绵羊红原羊类群、贾洛羊类群及青海欧拉羊血清运铁蛋白的多态性,对其遗传特征进行了比较研究。结果发现:红原羊的运铁蛋白(TF)有AB、BB、BC三种基因型,其基因型频率分别为0.53333、0.33333、0.13333,基因频率分别为0.26667、0.66667、0.06667;贾洛羊的运铁蛋白有AB一种基因型,其基因型频率为1,基因频率分别为0.5、0.5、0;欧拉羊的运铁蛋白有AA、AB、BB三种基因型,其基因型频率分别为0.43243、0.43243、0.13514,基因频率分别为0.64865、0.35135、0。Using vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis method, determining the serumtransferrin polymorphism type of the grass sheep and Tibetan sheep Jallow, the former Red QingHai Euler sheep, its characteristics were compared. The results showed that： red of the original sheep transferrin （TF） with AB, BB, BC three kinds of phenotype; the genotype frequencies were 0.533 33,0.333 33,0.133 33, Gene frequencies were 0.266 67, 0.666 67, 0.066 67. Jallow sheep transferrin was an expression of type AB, the genotype frequency of 1, Gene frequencies were 0.5,0.5,0; Euler sheep transferrin with AA, AB, BB three kinds of phenotype, its genotype frequencies were 0.432 43, 0.432 43, O. 135 14, Gene frequencies were 0.6486 53,0.351 35,0.
