慢性心力衰竭患者家庭负担及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查分析慢性心力衰竭患者家庭负担现状,并探讨影响其家庭负担的因素。方法采用家庭负担量表和社会支持量表对50例慢性心力衰竭患者及50例家属进行调查,并对结果进行分析。结果慢性心力衰竭患者家庭负担较重,总分为(12.55±3.38)分。影响家庭负担的主要因素为医疗费用、患者自我护理能力、家属获得的社会支持。结论慢性心力衰竭患者存在着较严重的家庭负担。护理人员要主动向患者和家属介绍疾病的防治知识,使患者掌握自我护理技能,以降低并发症的发生率和再住院率,从而减轻家庭负担。Objective To investigate the family burden and its causing factors in patients with chronic myocardial failure.Methods Fifty patients with chronic myocardial failure and fifty family members were investigated by family burden scale（FBS） and scale of social support（SS）.The results were analyzed.Results The family burden of all patients with chronic myocardial failure was heavy.Their total score was（12.55＋3.38）.The three most influence factors were the health care cost,the self-care ability of patients and social support.Conclusions The family burden of all patients with chronic myocardial failure was heavy.The major influence factors were health care cost,the self-care ability of patients themselves and social support.
