摘　　要：目的探讨早期康复介入对Ⅳ度压疮患者日常活动能力(activities of daily living,ADL)的影响。方法将60例Ⅳ度压疮患者按随机的方法分为对照组25例和实验组35例。对照组采用压疮常规护理,实验组在此基础上实施早期康复介入,比较两组患者入院后1个月的ADL。结果两组患者在上下楼梯分值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组患者在进食、洗澡、修饰、穿衣、大便控制、小便控制、如厕、床椅转移、平地行走分值及Barthel指数(Barthel index,BI)总分高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论对Ⅳ度压疮患者实施早期康复介入,进行康复评估,针对患者的康复问题制订康复措施,有助于提高患者的ADL。Objective To study the effect of early rehabilitation intervention on activities of daily living（ADL） in patients with Ⅳ degree pressure sore.Methods Sixty patients with Ⅳ degree pressure sore were divided randomly into the control group and the experimental group.The control group received routine measures to treat pressure sore,while the experimental group received routine measure and early rehabilitation intervention to treat pressure sore.Results No significant difference was found in the score of going up and down stairs（P 0.05） between the two groups.The BI total score,single scores of eating,bathing,making up,dressing,bowel movement control,urine control,moving beds and chairs,and level walking were higher in the experimental group patients than those in the control group（all P 0.01）.Conclusion Early rehabilitation intervention,rehabilitation evaluation,and corresponding rehabilitation measures can maximize the ADL capacity of patients.
