摘　　要：医院图书馆经费不足,规模较小,馆藏资源不足,人员结构参差不齐,服务内容有限,无法满足读者对医学信息多样化的需求,以及面对医院新时期改革的机遇与挑战,提出了医院图书馆的转型和发展策略。Hospital libraries insufficient funds, smaller, collection of insufficient resources, personnel structure, uneven, services are limited, unable to meet the diverse medical information the reader needs, and face a new period of hospital reform is proposed hospital libraries transformation and development strategy.
