摘　　要：我国医院已进入了全面的改革的新时期,读者对情报信息服务的需求和服务工作的质量的要求越来越高,图书馆只有通过优质和多元化的服务才能满足读者对情报信息的最大需求。图书馆必须树立新时期读者服务工作的新理念,实现情报信息服务工作的跨越式发展。Objective： China＇s hospitals have entered a new period of comprehensive reform, the reader of intelligence information services needs and quality of services have become increasingly demanding, the library is only through high-quality and diversified services to meet the readers to the greatest demand for intelligence and information. Libraries must establish a new era of the new concept of reader service, intelligence and information services to achieve leap-forward development.
