摘　　要：2008年金融危机后印度政府适时调整外贸政策,一方面为鼓励出口出台了大量便利化措施,另一方面频繁使用贸易救济措施限制外国产品进口。印度积极的贸易防御政策,对我国当前的外贸政策调整有着深刻的启示意义。India＇s foreign trade has been strongly impacted by the international financial crisis since 2008.Therefore,the government of India has taken timely adjustment of the foreign trade policy（FTP）,in which on the one hand a serious of export facilitation measures has been taken,and on the other hand,frequent trade remedy measures has been carried out.As a result,the positive trade defense has become the main feature of India＇s FTP during this difficult period,which has a profound enlightenment on China＇s current policy adjustments.
