高效液相色谱法测定补益资生丸中柚皮苷的含量

摘　　要：目的建立补益资生丸中柚皮苷的高效液相色谱法。方法用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;甲醇-1%醋酸(33∶67)为流动相;检测波长为283nm。结果柚皮苷进样量在0.04096～1.0240μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程Y=1786.06X-1.93,r=0.9999;平均回收率为99.64%。结论本法精密准确,稳定耐用,适用于补益资生丸的含量测定。Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for determination of naringin in Buyi Zisheng Pill.Methods High performance liquid chromatography analysis was carried out using an ODS column and mathanol-1% acetic acid （15∶85） as the mobile phase .The detection wavelength was at 240 nm. Results Naringin showed good linear relationship with an equation of Y= 1786.06X-1.93,r=0.9999, and the linear range was 0.04096-1.0240 μg.An average recovery of 99.64% was obtained. Conclusion The method is accurate,reproducible,and suitable for quantitative determination of naringin in Buyi Zisheng Pill .
