摘　　要：介绍了一种新的玻璃配料控制系统,用以解决传统配料系统中存在的生产效率低下,耗费大量人力的问题。该系统由基于WinCC的监控系统和西门子S7-200PLC组成,监控系统作为主站,PLC作为从站,实现对整个配料过程的监控,实现了真正意义上的自动化控制,提高了效率和精确性。This paper introduces a kind of glass batch preparation system.It is for the problem existed in the process of glass batch preparation system,such as low efficiency,many human resource.The system is composed by monitored control system based on wincc and S7-200 PLC made by siemens.Monitored control system acts as master-station,and PLC acts as slave-station.They realize the controlling of the whole glass batch preparation system,make automation-controlling come true; at the same time,they improve the efficiency and accuracy.
