摘　　要：文章根据对湖北省新型农村合作医疗制度实施的情况,提出了因地制宜、提高补偿比例、控制医疗费用方面的建议。New rural cooperative medical system has been implemented in Hubei province for several years. A unified model of the new rural cooperative medical system has been established, including a compensation one and management one. There is a balance in health security and control of medical costs. Based on the implementation of new rural cooperative medical system in Hubei Province,it is proposed in this paper that system should he designed according to local conditions and we should control medical costs and improve the ratio of compensation.
