摘　　要：文章分析了宁波市公立医院公共财政分类补偿模式的特点及其实践效果,主要包括建立公立医院政府财政长效保障机制,建立项目库制度、规范政府财政分类补助范围与方式,实施与廉价药物使用情况相挂钩的公立医院补助制度,建立公立医院大型医疗设备购置经费补助制度,构建科学合理的债务消化长效机制等5个方面对策措施。The characteristics and its corresponding practicing effectiveness of the public finance compensation model for state--owned hospitals in Ningbo city were analyzed in the paper, which mainly included setting up the public finance prolonged action guarantee mechanism for state- owned hospitals, establishing the project library system and standard classification compensating means of public finance, practicing the compensating system for public hospitals of establishing close contact with cheap drug utilization, establishing the funds compensating system for giant medical equipment purchasing of public hospitals, establishing the scientific and reasonable debt elimination prolonged action mechanism.
