摘　　要：文章分析了宁波市公立医院2007-2009年医疗服务价格变化状况,发现医院补偿过度依赖药品收入,技术劳务性收入占医疗收入比例过低等不足,从建立健全医疗服务价格定价机制、改革支付方式、建立医疗服务价格动态管理模式及绩效评价指标体系等4个方面提出了公立医院医疗服务价格改革措施。The changes of medical service price in public hospitals in Ningbo city from 2007 to 2009 were analyzed in the paper. Some problems such as hospital compensation dependent too much on drug income and income of technical work accounting for too low proportion of medical income were found. Four means of reforming medical service price in public hospitals were put forward including setting up the mechanism of medical service price formulation,reforming the payment way,establishing the dynamic management model of medical service price and setting up the performance evaluation index system of public hospitals.
