摘　　要：文章分析了宁波市医疗机构2004-2008年经济运行状况,结果发现,宁波市医疗机构收入、支出从2004年到2008年均呈现增长趋势,医疗结余均为负值,主要靠药品结余和财政补助进行补偿,提示应及时根据医院收入与支出结构的变化状况,进一步完善卫生经济政策,实现财务收支结构的优化,以促进医疗机构健康可持续发展。The economic operation situation in healthcare organizations in Ningbo city from 2004 to 2008 was analyzed in the paper. Some results,which include that income and expenditure in healthcare organizations in Ningbo city from 2004 to 2008 tending to increase ,medical surplus all being negative value ,mainly dependent on drug surplus and public finance compensation, were found. It was recommended that we should take further steps to perfect the economic policy based on the changing situations of financial expenditure structure in time, optimize financial expenditure structure,so as to ensure the sustainable development of healthcare organizations.
