摘　　要：文章分析了余姚市卫生资源整合发展现状及其原因,发现存在着重复建设、投入不高、浪费严重、产出效益低以及质量控制难等问题,从加强组织领导、落实工作责任;强化科学规范管理,进行利益合理分配;实施全程动态管理;调整政策配套支持,建设一个完善的物流体系等四个方面提出建立区域医疗卫生资源整合机制的政策建议。The development situation and its causes of health resources integration in Yuyao city were analyzed in the paper. Some problems which included repeated construction,low investment ,serious waste ,low output efficiency and difficult quality control were found. Four suggestions were put forward including strengthening leadership as well as work responsibility, realizing scientific standard management, putting whole range dynamic management into practice,and setting up a perfect logistics system.
