摘 要:为更好了解喷气引纬时纬纱运动状态,减小纬纱波动程度,采用由喷气引纬系统主要构件和高速摄像系统组成的气流指数测试仪,对喷气引纬时纬纱在异型筘槽内实际飞行状态进行拍摄记录,并用专业图像分析软件进行分析,测试在不同辅助喷嘴间距时筘槽内纬纱实际飞行运动速度变化情况,以及纬纱在筘槽中飞行运动的波动幅度,得出在辅助喷嘴间距为65mm时纬纱飞行运动的速度波动变化。相对75mm和85mm间距时,纬纱头端速度波动变化要小,头端飞行运动更加平稳。For better understanding the flying situation of weft yarn during air-jet weft insertion and minimizing the fluctuation of weft yarns,an air index tester consisting of the main components of weft insertion system and a high speed camera system was adopted,and the weft yarn flying actual situation in the unconventional shaped reed was filmed and analyzed with a dedicated image software.The variation of the weft flying speed and the fluctuation of the flying weft yarn in the reed slit were tested when the auxiliary nozzles pitch was changed.It was found that when the auxiliary nozzles pitch was 65mm,more stable and less fluctuated flying of the weft yarn was observed as compared with the auxiliary nozzles pitch of 75mm and 85mm.
