摘 要:目的了解宜春市城区蚊类的种群组成、密度和消长规律,为制定防蚊、灭蚊措施和创建卫生城市提供依据。方法采用电动吸蚊器法捕捉居民住宅和牲畜棚内成蚊。结果宜春市城区蚊类年平均密度为20.82只/人工小时,城区成蚊一年四季均有分布,1-2月密度最低,3月下旬逐渐增高,5-6月为密度高峰期,9-11月又出现一个小高峰,之后逐渐减少。结论宜春市蚊虫季节消长变化明显,需加强蚊虫孳生地的治理、灭蚊防蚊和疫苗接种工作,防治蚊媒传播疾病的发生。Objective To determine the species composition,seasonal patterns of mosquitoes in Yichun city for providing data for the development of anti-mosquito measures and meet of the requirements of the "Model-Hygienic" city. Methods Hand-held electric mosquito apparatuses were applied in residential areas and livestock sheds to capture adult mosquitoes. Results The average density of mosquitoes was 20.82 per man-hour. Adult mosquitoes were observed in urban areas throughout the year,with the lowest density in January and February,followed by a gradual increment in March,and the highest in May and June in addition to another peak from September to November. Conclusion Drastic seasonal fluctuations in mosquito densities in Yichun city necessitates strengthening of control of breeding grounds for mosquitoes,anti-mosquito measures and vaccination in order to prevent and control vector-borne diseases.
