摘　　要：对Ｔ形墩消力池的流态，以及各种体型的设计原则和方法作了全面分析介绍，并给出Ｔ形墩水力设计的经验、半经验计算公式，可供工程设计应用。The paper makes an overall analysis and description of the flowing patterns, the design principles and methods for stilling basin with T type baffle block and also presents some empirical and semi empirical formulas to be applied to engineering design.
