摘　　要：综述了近年来国内外电解铝工业现状,和国内电解铝厂所遇到的电价上涨、成本增加、效益转移、环保恶化等难题。跟踪分析研究了国外300kA大型预焙槽高新技术发展过程及优点。作者根据多年从事大型预焙槽工业试验研究的体会,对铝厂建厂方向、经营管理方式及180～300kA大型预焙槽新工艺技术推广应用等方面提出了建议。A full introduction is given to the electrolytic aluminium industry both at home and abroad,and difficulties with which our aluminium plants met,such as ise of electricity price,increase of cost,transfer of profits and becoming worse of environment etc. The development and advantages of new high-technology for foreign large 300KA prebaked cell are studied and analyzed. According to experience acquired from commercial-scale test of large prebaked cell, the authors have put forward some pieces of advice in respect of aluminium plant establishing direction,management and administration mode,dissemination and application of new technique for 180-300KA prebaked cell etc.
