摘  要:碳纤维是制备碳纤维纸的主要原料,其长度是影响碳纤维纸性能的重要因素。就碳纤维长度在3~11mm范围内对碳纤维纸性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明:在纤维长度为5mm时,碳纤维纸的性能相对最佳,此时该纸张的面电阻率2.5mΩ·cm,体电阻率80mΩ·cm,抗张强度37.5N/m,弯曲强度140MPa,透气度10.8ft3/min,孔隙率83%,孔的直径在0~25μm间,95%以上的孔集中在20μm下。The carbon fiber is the primary raw material of carbon fiber paper. The length of carbon fiber is the key factor that influences the performance of carbon fiber paper. The effect of the fiber length, between 3 mm to 11 mm, on the performance of carbon fiber paper was discussed in this paper. The results show that the performance of the paper was relatively the best when the length is 5 mm, its performance is as follows: The electrical resistivity (in plane) was 2.5 mΩ·cm, the electrical resistivity (through plane) was 80 mΩ·cm, the tensile strength was 37.5 N/m, the bending strength was 140 MPa, the gas permeability was10.8 ft3/min, the porosity rate was 83%, the diameters of the holes were between 0-25μm, and more than 95% holes were under 20 μm.
