摘  要:为了研究高温与常温条件下PEM水含量、氧气和氢气浓度分布的差异性,在基本的燃料电池CFD模型上,根据实验所使用的PEM特性对质子传导率和水扩散率数学模型进行了修正,通过自定义函数UDF方式编入FLUENT软件,对工作温度95℃及75℃、操作压力0.1MPa、进气相对湿度30%、电流密度800mA/cm2条件下的50cm2单电池进行了气流场及电化学模拟计算。研究发现:常温条件下(75℃)PEM平均水含量比高温条件下(95℃)高约10%,但均匀性比高温条件下低约5%。高温条件下进出口氧气浓度差异比常温条件下高约10%,而不同温度对氢气在扩散层表面浓度差异影响不大,进出口差异均在3%以内。PEMFC operated above general temperature (75 ℃) is one of the future progress. In order to study the differences of water content of PEM, concentration of oxygen and hydrogen in PEMFCs at different operating temperature, based on general CFD models of fuel cell, the mathematical models of the proton conductivity and water diffusion were modified according to the experimental characteristic of the PEM and then implemented into FLUENT by user defined function (UDF). The model was used to calculate the performance of a 50 cm2 single cell operated at 75 ℃ and 95 ℃ under the conditions of 800 mA/cm2current density, 30% inlet relative humidity and 0.1 MPa operating pressure. The numerical results show that the average water content of PEM at 75 ℃ is almost 10% higher than at 95 ℃ while the uniformity of water content of PEM at 75 ℃ is 5% lower than that at 95 ℃. The depletion of oxygen at high temperature is approximately 10% higher than at lower temperature. However, temperature has no significant effect on the difference of hydrogen diffusion on the surface of gas diffusion layer, which is less than 3%.
