无碳复写纸CF涂料的配制及发色性能研究

摘　　要：以膨润土为原料,并把它制成显色黏土,通过对显色黏土的改性和调制,配制成无碳复写纸的CF涂料;该涂料具有良好的触变性和适宜的黏度,适合纸机的气刀涂布;同时,研究了不同条件对显色涂料发色性能的影响,筛选了较好的工艺配方,完善了显色剂的显色性能,提高了发色强度。A CF coatings was prepared by modifying and formulating color developing clay which was made from bentonite. The CF coatings had good thixotropy and suitable viscosity. It was qualified to air-knife coating. The color developing performances of the CF coatings at different conditions were investigated. Formulation with good performance was selected, and the color developing performance and intensity were improved.
