摘  要:目的:优选ZTC1+1-Ⅱ、ZTC1+1-Ⅲ澄清剂用于乙肝宁颗粒的纯化工艺。方法:采用正交试验法对影响絮凝效果的主要因素进行优选,并与醇沉工艺进行比较。结果:采用ZTC1+1-Ⅱ澄清工艺的芍药苷保留率高,且可改善干膏粉的吸湿性。其最佳澄澄清清工条艺件可为用药于液乙浓肝度宁1∶颗7,粒搅的拌纯速化度。350r.min-1,80℃加入B组分0.4mL.g-1,60℃再加入A组分0.2mL.g-1。OBJECTIVE:To optimize the clarification technology of Yiganning granules by ZTC1+1-Ⅱand ZTC1+1-Ⅲclearing agent.METHODS:Orthogonal experiment was applied to optimize the influence factors of flocculation effect and compared with alcohol precipitation technology. RESULTS:Retention rate of peoniflorin in ZTC1+1-Ⅱclarification technology was high and improve the hygroscopicity of powder. The optimal conditions were as follows:extracting solution concentration was 1 ∶ 7,the whisking speed was 350 r·min-1;0.4 mL·g-1 B was added into solution at 80 ℃,then 0.2 mL·g-1 A was added into solution at 60 ℃. CONCLUSION:ZTC1+1-Ⅱ clarification technology can be used to purify Yiganning granules.
