摘　　要：目的:研究颈络宁薄膜衣片的制备工艺。方法:以颗粒性状、粒度分布、休止角、片面光洁度、硬度、崩解时限为指标,单因素法优选片剂处方。结果:按照浸膏粉∶淀粉∶糊精∶微粉硅胶=16.7∶16∶3∶1的比例混合,以90%的乙醇为润湿剂,湿法制粒、压片,包薄膜衣,可制得合格的片剂。结论:本制备方法简单、实用性强,所得薄膜衣片片重小、崩解快、含水量低、外观好,质量符合2005年版《中国药典》片剂制剂通则要求。OBJECTIVE： To study the preparation of Jingluoning film-coated tablets. METHODS： The preparation of Jingluoning film-coated tablets was optimize by single factor method with granule characteristics, distribution of particle size, angle of repose, surface finish, rigidity and disintegration time limit as index. RESULTS： The optimal preparation method was as follows： the weight proportion of dry extraction to starch, dextrin and silica powder was 16.7 ∶ 16 ∶ 3 ∶ 1; the wetting agent was 90% alcohol; qualified tablets were prepared through wet granulation, tablet compressing and film coating. CONCLUSION： The preparation method is simple and practical. Prepared tablets were characterized with light weight, fast disintegration, low moisture content and good appearance and their quality is in line with the tablet general requirements stated in Chinese Pharmacopoeia （2005 edition）.
