分光光度法测定栽培川贝母中总生物碱的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立栽培川贝母中总生物碱含量的测定方法。方法:采用分光光度法,以西贝碱为对照品,以溴甲酚绿为显色剂,在416nm波长下进行测定。结果:西贝碱的检测浓度在4.5～14.5μg·mL-1范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9996);平均回收率为98.76%,RSD=2.5%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于栽培川贝母的质量控制。OBJECTIVE：To establish the method for the determination of total alkaloid in cultivated BulBus Fritillariae Cirrhosae. METHODS：Spectrophotography was used to determine the content of total alkaloids with kashmirine as control,bromocresol green as colored indicator at detection wavelength of 416 nm. RESULTS：The linear range of kashmirine were 4.5～14.5 μg·mL-1 （r=0.999 6） with an average recovery of 98.76%（RSD=2.5%,n=6）.CONCLUSION：The method is simple,accurate and relia-ble for the quality control of cultivated BulBus Fritillariae Cirrhosae.
