摘  要:目的:研究薄荷脑樟脑滴鼻液的稳定性。方法:建立以高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定薄荷脑樟脑滴鼻液中樟脑含量的方法。以樟脑含量和紫外光谱相似因子(f)为指标通过正交试验考察薄荷脑樟脑滴鼻液的不稳定因素。结果:樟脑进样量在2.1~21.0μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9996),平均回收率为99.87%(RSD=1.55%)。包装材料对薄荷脑樟脑滴鼻液稳定性影响最大。结论:HPLC法测定薄荷脑樟脑滴鼻液中樟脑含量专属性好、简便、快速、准确。薄荷脑樟脑滴鼻液以玻璃容器包装稳定性好。OBJECTIVE:To study the stability of Menthol camphor nasal drops. METHODS:HPLC was established to determine the content of camphor in Menthol camphor nasal drops. Orthogonal experiment was applied to study the stability of Menthol camphor nasal drops with the content of camphor and the similarity of UV spectrum (f) as index. RESULTS:The linear range of camphor was 2.1~21.0 μg (r=0.999 6) with average recovery rate of 99.87%(RSD=1.55%). Package materials exhibited a largest influence on the stability of Menthol camphor nasal drops. CONCLUSION:HPLC is specific,convenient and accurate for the content determination of Menthol camphor nasal drops which is stable in glass containers.
