摘  要:为探讨小型猪下颌骨变量的特异性和测定方法的可行性,采用直接法和间接法对25例6~12月龄封闭群五指山小型猪(♂17,♀8)的下颌骨变量进行测量,并进行统计学分析。直接法系采用万能角度尺、游标卡尺、卷尺等仪器直接对23个主要变量进行测量;间接法通过数码相机拍照,采用Photoshop标尺进行11个变量的测定。统计分析显示,直接法所测下颌骨的23项变量中有6项性别间差异显著;间接法测定的11项变量中,有5项存在显著性差异。性别判别函数中,逐步判别法的直接法有6项变量引入函数式,而间接法有7项变量引入函数式;对于回代检验的性别判别中,间接法显示出更高的准确率。结果表明,两种下颌骨测定法均能对性别进行区分,间接法所选变量显示出更高的特异性。To compare the speciality of mandible variables between the direct and indirect methods and evaluate validity of two methods preliminarily,25 mandibles of Wuzhishan minipigs(WZSP)(17 females and 8 males) between 6 to 12 months old were chosen to determine the variables.The direct method chosed 23 variables determined by the universal protractor,vernier caliper and band tape,while the indirect method chosed 11 variables on the photo taken by digital camera and the variables were determined by Photoshop soft.Between the females and males,6 out of 23 variables in direct method and 5 out of 11 variables in indirect method have significant difference(P〈0.05).6 variables in direct method and 7 variables in indirect method were introduced into their own linear discriminant functions of stepwise discriminant method.However the indirect method showed higher accuracy than the direct method in resubstitution summary using linear discriminant function.It could be concluded that two methods could distinguish the sex in resubstitution summary using linear discriminant function,but the variables of indirect method were more special for distinguishing sex of WZSP.The application of mandible variables in genetic testing yet should be confirmed in a broader context.
