密闭整体式医疗垃圾分类贮存柜的研制与临床应用

摘　　要：目的为加强病区医疗垃圾的分类及处理的管理,自行设计研制了一种密闭整体式医疗垃圾分类贮存柜。方法根据医疗垃圾的种类、垃圾的多少、治疗处置间的大小,设计密闭整体式贮存柜的个数和大小;每套整体式贮存柜有3-5个分柜,分别用于盛装感染性、损伤性、药物性、病理性、化学性垃圾。结果记录2008年1月-2009年6月两组的医疗垃圾密闭贮存的依从性、投放的准确性、治疗处置间的卫生状况评分（百分制）、每次按标准投放垃圾所需的时间,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论密闭整体式医疗垃圾分类贮存柜加强了病区医疗垃圾的分类及处理的管理,有效的控制传染、预防病毒、病原菌的传播,将垃圾分类放置,从源头上控制传染源,切断传播途径,保护易感人群,防止医疗垃圾污染环境及传播疾病。OBJECTIVE To strengthen the management of classification and treatment of ward medical waste,and to designed and develop an enclosed integral cabinet for sorting storage of medical waste.METHODS According to the types and amount of medical waste,and the size of treatment and disposal room,the number and size of enclosed integral cabinet for storage were determined.There were 3-5 subsets in each cabinet.each subset was loaded with infective waste,invasive garbage,drug waste,pathological waste,or chemical garbage,respectively.RESULTS There were two groups（test and control groups divided） from Jan 2008 to Jun 2009 to record the score（percentile system） of storage compliance,accuracy of delivery,the sanitary situation of treatment and disposal room,at the same time the time required to put in each waste.The difference was statistically signicant between two groups（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONS With enclosed integral cabinet for sorting storage of medical waste,the classification and treatment of ward medical waste management is strengthened,the infection is effectively controlled,and the viruses and other pathogens are prevented.At the same time,the sources of infection are reduced,the transmission pathway is cut off,the susceptible populations are protected,to prevent medical waste environment pollution and the diseases spread.It is helpful to hospital infection control and the environment improvement of the hospital and wards.
