摘 要:目的探讨最佳的器械清洗、润滑方式,有效延长器械使用寿命,降低医疗成本。方法对鲁沃夫多酶清洗系列清洗、单酶清洗和传统清洗3种不同清洗方式的清洗效果比较研究。结果使用鲁沃夫多酶清洗剂组器械目测洁净度为98.00%,单酶组和清水组分别为71.33%和32.67%;细菌学监测合格率3组分别为97.00%、62.33%、10.67%,隐血试验阳性率分别为0.67%、50.67%、82.00%。结论鲁沃夫多酶清洗系列可用于机器清洗和手工清洗,对器械损伤轻微,能降低医疗成本,提高物品灭菌合格率。OBJECTIVE To investigate the best instrument cleaning and lubrication methods in order to effectively extend the instrument life and lower the health care costs.METHODS The RUHOF multi-enzyme cleaning series were compared with the monoenzyme and the traditional cleaning in their effect of washing and cleaning.RESULTS The study found that after the use of multi-enzyme detergent RUHOF the visual cleanliness of instruments was 98.00%,vs 71.33% of monoenzyme group and 32.67% of traditional group the passing rate of bacteriological monitoring of the three groups were 97.00%,62.33% and 10.67%;the positive rates of occult blood test were 0.67%,50.67% and 82.00%,respectively.CONCLUSIONS The RUHOF enzyme series can be used for cleaning,hand washing and machine washing,with minor damage to equipment,low health care costs,and elevation of the passing rate of sterilized items.
