怀化地区134例孕产妇死亡相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨怀化市孕产妇死亡原因及影响因素,制定切实有效的干预措施,降低怀化市孕产妇死亡率,维护妇女的生殖健康。方法统计和回顾性分析2004年～2008年134例孕产妇死亡报告卡。结果2008年孕产妇死亡率为40.23/10万,与2004年相比下降率为46.06%,孕产妇死亡率差异有显著性(P<0.05)。孕产妇死亡的前4位死因为产科出血、妊娠期高血压疾病、妊娠合并心脏病、羊水栓塞,孕期的保健服务和产科人员的业务技能对孕产妇死亡有重要影响。结论孕产妇死亡是由医学与社会诸多因素相互交织与作用的结果,争取政府支持、加大妇幼卫生投入、健全妇幼保健三级网、落实孕产妇系统管理、完善县乡两级产科建设、提高产科技术水平,是降低孕产妇死亡率的有效措施。Objective：investigate the reasons of the death of the pregnant women in huaihua and the influencing factors,make the effective measures,decrease the death rate of the pregnant women in huaihua,and protect the women procreation health.Methods：stat.and analyses the 134 death report card from 2004 to 2008.Consequence：Compared with the death rate in 2004,46.06%,the death rate of pregnant women in 2008 is 40.23/100 thousand,and the diversity of death rate is distinct（P0.05）.Results：The first four reasons that pregnant and lying-in women die are Obstetric hemorrhage,pregnancy-induced hypertension,pregnant women with heart disease,amniotic fluid embolism,Health services during pregnancy and the obstetric staff,business skills have a major impact on maternal mortality.Conclusion：the reasons that pregnant women and lying-in women die are the results that physic factors and many social factors intertwine and reciprocity.Getting the government support,increasing the input in women and children physic,improving the three ranks of Maternal and Child Health,carrying out the management of pregnant women and lying-in women system,perfecting the obstetric construction of county and country,increasing the obstetric technique level are the effective measures which decrease the death rate of pregnant women and lying-in women.
