摘 要:目的通过对中标省级课题进行分析,探讨省级课题申报的优势、特色以及存在的问题,进而提出相应的对策。方法通过描述性统计方法对117项中标省级课题与学科分布,课题负责人年龄结构、学位、职称分布等进行分析研究。结果中标省级课题主要集中在全军器官移植中心(20.45%)、全军检验研究所(11.52%)等较强学科;中青年科技人才(占52.1%)是医院队伍中的中坚力量,高学位(占79.5%)、高职称人才(占68.6%)是中标课题的主力军。结论加强人才梯队建设,重视青年科技人才培养;强化科研管理,制定一系列配套政策;加强对课题的全过程管理,保证课题保质保量完成。Objective By analysis of 117 provincial-level research projects, the advantages, characteristics and problems existed were found and corresponding countermeasures were put forward. Methods The distributions of subject and age structure, degree, title of the project leaders were measured and analyzed with the descriptive statistical methods. Results Provincial-level projects focused mainly on key subject, such as Organ Transplant Center (20. 45% ) and Institution of Laboratory Medicine (11.52%), PLA. Young and middle-aged professionals (52. 1% ) were the backbone of the hospital team and talents with a high degree (79. 5% ) and title (68.6%) were the main force in the successful provincial-level projects. Conclusion Several recommendations such as strengthening the team building and the whole process of research project management, training young professionals, developing series of supporting policies were made to apply and complete provincial-level projects perfectly.
