摘　　要：针对目前电能质量监测软件的不足,结合最新技术设计开发了开放式电能质量管理软件。介绍了软件的技术特点、基本功能以及程序模块的设计,并对其应用前景进行了预测。Aiming at the inadequancy of the power quality monitoring software,combining with the latest technology,the open power quality management software is designed and developed.This paper introduces the technical characteristics,basic function and program module design of the software,and forecasts its application prospect.
