摘 要:用重氮试剂比色法对92例不育男性及20例正常生育男性精浆中γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)活力进行测定.结果表明,不育组γ-GT酶活力为204 966±103 330活力单位/L,明显高于正常生育组161 556±29 074活力单位/L(P<0.01).γ-GT酶活力与精子密度呈正相关(n=72,r=0.491,P<0.01);与精子存活率亦呈正相关(n=60,r=0.3192,P<0.05);与精子畸形率无相关性存在.The activity of γ-glutamyl transpeptidase (γ-GT) in seminal plasma from 92 cases of infertile and 20 cases of normal fertile men was studied with azareagent colorimetry method. The mean value of seminal γ-GT was 204 966±103 330 unit/L in the infertile group. It showed a marked increase in comparison with the normal group (161 556±29 074 unit/L, P<0.01). The positive correlation was found between the activity of γ-GT and the density of sperms (n=72, γ=0.491, P<0.01). Positive correlation was also found between the activity of γ-GT and the survival rate of sperms (n=60, r=0.3192, P<0.05). No correlation was found between the activity of γ-GT and rate of sperm aberration.
