摘  要:目的研究子宫主韧带精细显微组织结构,为全面了解主韧带功能提供组织学依据。方法收集2008年4月至10月南方医科大学南方医院等三家医院Ⅲ型子宫切除术后新鲜离体主韧带标本22条,采用HE、免疫组织化学及多种特殊染色方法对主韧带组织进行定性研究。结果(1)主韧带中含大量纤维结缔组织,包括胶原纤维、弹力纤维和肌纤维,以胶原纤维为主。(2)含大量脂肪组织。(3)富含神经组织,为自主神经,包括交感神经纤维和副交感神经纤维以及交感神经节和副交感神经节,主要分布在主韧带的下半部。(4)富含中、小、微动静脉血管,主要分布在主韧带的上半部。(5)淋巴管呈均匀分布,偶见淋巴组织和淋巴结。结论主韧带组织结构复杂,其精细显微组织结构特征决定了它是一些疾病以及一些手术并发症发生发展的基础。Objective To investigate the microstructure of the cardinal ligament (CL) and then provides histological evidence for its function. Methods 22 CLs were collected from the patients who undergoing typer III radical hysterectomy. Systematic qualitative researches were approached using HE staining, immunohistochemistry and some special staining methods. Results The CL contains: (1) massive fibrous connective tissues, with mainly collagenous fiber and other elastic fiber and smooth muscle fiber.(2) massive adipose tissues.(3) abundant autonomic nerve tissues including sympathetic nerve, sympathetic ganglion, parasympathetic nerve and parasympathetic ganglion; the nerve mainly in the lower part of cardinal ligament. (4) abundant blood vessels mainly in the upper paty of the cardinal ligament. (5) dispersed lymphatic vessels and scared lymphatic tissues and lymphatic nodes. Conclusion Our results have informed that CL is a complicated structure. Its micro-structure characteristics make it be the basic of the occurrence and development of some diseases and complications.
