轻质瓷砖聚合物粘结砂浆弹性模量试验研究

摘　　要：试验研究了不同聚合物掺量、不同轻骨料掺量条件下轻质聚合物粘结砂浆弹性模量的变化。采用正交试验方法设计试验。试验结果表明,在满足粘结强度的情况下,掺入聚合物和轻骨料的粘结砂浆,比水泥砂浆的弹性模量降低40%左右,从而大大改善砂浆的柔性,更适合外墙外保温粘贴瓷砖使用。the test studied the lightweight polymer adhesive mortar change of elasticity coefficient in the case of different dosage of the polymer and the lightaggregate. The test method use orthogonal experiment design. The results show that the elasticity coefficient of polymer and light aggregate mortar reduces 40% than the one of cement mortar and effectively improve the flexibility of the mortar. The mortar is suitable for the use of exterior insulation tile paste.
