摘　　要：折光浓度仪在实际生产中有着广泛的应用前景，吸引了人们的研究热情。介绍一种检测啤酒发酵过程中的含糖量的新型实用折光浓度仪，讨论其工作原理、结构和智能控制。实验表明，仪器设计可行，工作可靠。它具有结构简单、抗环境干扰、高精度、低成本和实用性好的特点。Refractometers have many important applications in practical production and have been attracted the attention of the researchers.A novel practical refractometer used for testing the sugar content in the beer ferment process is introduced in the paper.Its operating principle,constitution and intelligent control are discussed.The experiments show that the instrument is feasible and reliable.It has the advantages of simple constitution,anti environmental disturbance,high precision,low cost and good adaptability.
