产西贝碱内生真菌的复壮

摘　　要：针对植物内生真菌体外培养过程中出现的退化问题,对1株具有产西贝碱能力的平贝母内生真菌采用在其培养基中加入不同比例平贝母药材的方法进行了复壮处理。结果表明:在相同培养条件下,添加量为3%时,其发酵液中西贝碱产量可达到0.0563mg/L,比出发菌株提高了21.9%,且具有良好的遗传稳定性。To solve the degeneration problem of a sipeimine-producing endophytic fungus isolated from Fritillaria ussuriensis,the strain was rejuvenated by adding different concentration of Bulbus Fritillariae ussuriensis into culture medium.The results showed that,under the same culture conditions,the sipeimine yield of the strain rejuvenated by adding 3% bulbus was effectively improved to 0.056 3 mg/L and it is 21.9% higher than that of the initial strain.The product was of genetic stability after successive culture of 10 generations.
